Terrible terrible customer service, rude employees, made me wait over a month and am still waiting on my car to be repaired after a month has gone by where they started the claim, sent me to 3 wrong body shops who don’t work on my vehicle type, completely disrespectful of my time

I am just in shock of how AMAZING and beyond her job duties miriam goes for her people/clients/everyone and anyone. Girl. Your work ethic is so superb it's really hard to find that anywhere now a days.
