I wouldn’t have insurance with this company is free. Their customer service is terrible. Horrible. They raised my rates. Fine whatever, they all do that. When I called to speak a little if there was anything they could do they said no and I said that’s fine, I’d have to cancel because I can’t afford what they were trying to raise it to, so I cancelled two weeks early. I asked about a refund and whoever the lady in this office was how much I’d get back and she said she didn’t know, she didn’t have access to that information. So I called the call centre and waited 15 minutes to get through to someone. Which definitely isn’t the longest I’ve waited. But when someone did answer, I asked him the same question and he told me the only one who knew that was the could answer that was my agent. I tried to tell the guy that she told me she didn’t have it but he kept raising his voice, cutting me off, telling me what he wanted to say. I asked why he was being so hostile and cutting me off and in a really calm voice he said “ma’am I’m not” and I said well now you’re not but you were. Please can I speak to a supervisor and he said sure you can and hung up on me.
